S: Yes, and we think that it isn’t working.
R: Ok, I’ll call the repair person right away. Did you say that the carpet smells?
S: Yes, it smells like vomit.
R: Oh no. Let me call the housekeeping. They can change the dirty bed linens, too. I’m really sorry about this. Please have a drink at the bar. It’s on the house.
